Whether you're exploring a Studio Manager, Regional Director, VP or C-suite opportunity, our conversation always starts with your story. We want to understand who you are, what motivates you, where you do your best work, and what you want your next move in wellness and fitness to mean. We get to know the good soul behind the resume, and we love to stay connected throughout your career.
We've spent decades inside wellness and fitness, with experience spanning national operations, global sales leadership, in-house HR, and people leadership. We understand the opportunities and pressures within the industry because we've experienced them firsthand, working alongside the people and businesses at its heart.
But knowing the industry is only part of the job. We take the time to understand your story, your ambitions and what matters to you now. Sometimes helping means introducing you to an opportunity. Sometimes it means telling you that a role doesn't sound aligned. Either way, you'll get a thoughtful and straightforward conversation about what comes next.
Confidentiality is our default. Your name is never shared with a client without your explicit go-ahead first.
Your resume tells us what you've done. Talking with you helps us understand what matters to you, how you lead and what you want your next role to mean, so you'll speak directly with Lucy or Matt throughout the search.
We explore your experience, motivations, working style and long-term goals. We want to understand the whole person and whether the opportunity offers the environment, challenge and meaning you're looking for. Fit has to work in both directions.
From the first conversation, we set clear expectations, prepare you for interviews, keep you updated and share feedback along the way. Wherever the process leads, we always close the loop properly. And if you accept a role, that care continues through onboarding and the milestones that follow.
Every conversation is treated in confidence, and your story stays yours. We never share your name, resume or details with a client without your permission. You decide which opportunities to explore, where your information goes and how far each conversation moves forward.
We recruit Director, VP, President and C-suite roles across wellness, fitness and adjacent consumer businesses. Through Good Soul Studio, we also recruit Studio Managers, General Managers and regional studio leaders.
Not always. Some searches require direct industry experience, while others benefit from leaders who have worked in consumer, hospitality, retail, franchising, technology or other multi-site businesses.
You can join our Good Soul community and share your resume with us. We may not have the right opportunity immediately, but getting to know your experience, motivations and next move helps us contact you when there is a relevant fit.
We speak with you first. We want to understand your experience, what you are looking for and whether the opportunity makes sense from both sides. We will never send your resume to a client without discussing the role with you and receiving your agreement.
Yes. We understand that exploring a new role can be sensitive, particularly in a close-knit industry. Your information and interest in an opportunity are handled carefully and are never shared with a client without your knowledge.
No. Candidates never pay to be considered for a role. Good Soul Hunting is engaged and paid by the company conducting the search.
We cannot promise that every conversation will lead to an immediate opportunity, but we can offer an informed perspective on your experience and the market. Help First. Hunt Second. applies to our candidates as much as it does to our clients.
Join the Good Soul community by sending your resume to hello@goodsoulhunting.com. Tell us what matters to you, where you've made an impact and what you're looking for from your next role. When we're working on an opportunity that feels aligned with your experience and ambitions, we'll reach out personally to continue the conversation.
