Last but not least, we come to sportswear giant, Nike! Between now and 2025, Nike aims to make some massive changes to its ‘Representation and Hiring’ which will create a much more inclusive and diverse company culture; something we absolutely had to shout about!
Here are Nike’s official goals:
50% representation of women in global corporate workforce* and 45% in leadership positions**
*Global Corporate Workforce includes all global full-time employees who do not work in our retail stores, distribution centers, or Nike Air manufacturing innovation (AIR MI).
**Leadership Positions include Vice Presidents and above.
30% representation of racial and ethnic minorities* at Director level and above in the U.S.; increase pipeline of Black and LatinX talent at Director level and above

Enhance opportunities and marketing of open roles for First-line Athletes* to compete for corporate roles
*First-line athletes include full-time employees who work in our retail stores, distribution centers, or Nike Air manufacturing innovation (AIR MI).
100% of strategic suppliers* are increasing access to career opportunities and upward mobility for women employed in their facilities
*Strategic Suppliers: Strategic Finished Goods Suppliers; Suppliers representing approximately 80% of total footwear and apparel production.
